Up to £40,000 In Government Funding Available - What are the Steps?
To begin, fill out our application form for the scheme. We’ll review the information you provide, and if you appear eligible for ECO4, we’ll connect you with one of our trusted partners.
They'll verify your details, including EPC rating and benefits status, and ask a few more questions about your home. If you're eligible, they'll schedule a home assessment to explore improvement options.
Our partner will discuss potential upgrades with an installer under ECO4. If you decide to proceed, they’ll schedule the installations with you. They'll ensure everything is coordinated smoothly, keeping you informed throughout the process
What’s included in ECO4?
The ECO funding makes all kinds of different improvements around your home as a whole. For example, you’re unlikely to just get loft insulation or a new heating system. You’d get a few things based on a survey of your home. If you join the scheme, you’ll need to agree to all the energy efficiency measures our installation partner recommends when they assess your home. You won’t be able to pick and choose the measures you prefer. These might include:
Insulation
Our top priority is comprehensive coverage, including cavity walls, external walls, flat roofs, internal walls, lofts, underfloor spaces, and rooms within roofs.
Air source heat pump
This system extracts warmth from the outside air and uses it to heat your home, providing energy for both your heating and hot water needs.
Electric storage heater upgrade
These storage heaters absorb energy during the night and gradually release heat over the course of the following day.
First time central heating
If your home has never had it, we’ll sort this for you. We’ll either fit a modern, efficient boiler or an air source heat pump.
Solar panels
These devices convert sunlight into electricity and can operate even without direct sunlight, making them ideal for the UK climate.
